If you didn't quite make it to the elite ranks of pro skateboarders, living the life of a team manager is pretty much the next best thing. You get to travel with the team, plan epic trips, find spots, film, shoot and generally get to live the life without actually living the life. Flip TM Andrew Shusterman gets to do all of the above and more with some of the best skateboarders in the world—and that means he's got one of the best cell phones to raid. We did just that this week and here's some of what we turned up. Lance, Rune, David, Luan, Arto and more. Dig in.

This photo speaks for itself. Two of the most positive dudes on the planet! Luan Oliveira and Arto Saari.

As a TM you get to do lots of things, like the occasional hospital visit with a rider. This photo is of David Gonzalez getting his blood drawn before his ankle surgery a few months ago. Gonzo is up and running now!

Last summer we were in Washington D.C. for the Maloof contest. There's nothing that says "I love America!" more than Geoff Rowley doing a handstand in front of the Capital building.
Getting the "You're #1" hand gesture from Rob Dyrdek ain't bad! Street League AZ, summer 2011.

Me and Luan.

David and me with a chain.

Life on the road... Gonzalez shaving at the skate spot in Arizona before getting a photo for the cover of the Skateboard Mag. Respect!

Louie Lopez introduced me to Pollo Inka in Hawthorne, California. Best chicken on the planet!! Make sure and order plenty Inca Kola too.

Curren Caples is a beast!! He's young, but he knows how to take a slam! He got this shiner at last summer's X Games during practice. He ended up with a minor concussion and was back at the contest the next day to cheer on David & Luan during the Street finals.

Curren riding the s**t out of a Banana Board in Lance's pool! Background props to Lance & Lance Jr.

Good ole' neighborhood tagging. Let it be heard!!!

Lance has one of the best rock n' rolls in the biz! Arto getting in for the pinnacle shot. Flip bowl.

This is the classic "group huddle around the camera" after someone lands a gnarly trick. Rune Glifberg battled for this one at Bob Burnquist's and finally got it right before the sun went down.

Lance on his 1942 BSA. A classic man on a classic bike.
